Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AzimuthOS, a job search and career management platform operated by GJN LLC, doing business as Project Azimuth (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AzimuthOS.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AzimuthOS. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@azimuthos.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not share your account or allow others to use your credentials.

3. The Service

AzimuthOS provides AI-assisted job search, career profile generation from résumé uploads, and an application tracking pipeline. Certain features require a paid Pro subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.

4. AI-Generated Content

AzimuthOS uses large language models (currently OpenAI) to analyze your résumé and generate your Experience Profile, search rankings, and related content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing your Experience Profile and correcting any errors before relying on it.

We make no guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular employment purpose. Use of AI-generated content in job applications is at your sole discretion and risk.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all résumés, profile edits, and other content you upload or create in AzimuthOS (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload résumés or documents belonging to other people without their consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service or circumvent any security measures.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from AzimuthOS beyond normal use of the interface.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload malicious files or content designed to disrupt or damage the service or other users.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the service without our written permission.

A free tier is available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tier features at any time. Free accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to deletion after advance notice to the registered email address.

9. Intellectual Property

AzimuthOS, its design, code, and all content we create (excluding Your Content) are owned by GJN LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of job listings, which are sourced from third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GJN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GJN LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Virginia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of AzimuthOS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
